What are your shipping costs and policies?

What is your return policy?

If something is wrong with the product you receive, or if it doesn't fit your vehicle, you can return it for a full refund or exchange (your choice) within 30 days of delivery. I do ask that you pay for the return shipping to Kamchatka Gear HQ.

To get the return process rolling, shoot an email to hello@kamchatkagear.com. Please include the following:
  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • Whether you want a return or exchange
  • Product to be returned or exchanged
  • Reason for return or exchange

What kind of warranty do you offer?

Normal wear and tear is to be expected. Nothing lasts forever, and your Kamchatka Gear items will eventually need to be replaced after they have been used for a while. This is the nature of the products for sale here. As such, I do not offer an extended warranty on Kamchatka Gear products. That said, if you're not happy, I'm not happy. If you feel that a product is defective, shoot an email over to hello@kamchatkagear.com and tell me about the problem. Believe me, it's in my best interest to make you happy as a customer, so I'll do whatever I can (within reason) to make it right.

Do you collect sales tax?

Kamchatka Gear collects sales tax for Utah orders.
